But controversy and troubles are not ended, the city are asking a forfeit to the Calatrava company for “design errors” …

Thanks for showing the photo, keeping us updated on the latest developments in this long-running story. It looks very novel but it fails to answer the question: Why couldn’t a world-class architect design a bridge for everyone?
