Pigeons in Piazza San Marco, Venice

Maybe soon you will not see so many pigeons in Piazza San Marco.
A new scientific research have found that pigeons dung is the first reason of building damage in the famous Piazza.
So, the Architectural Property Curator has ordered to the Venice administration to ban any sale of pigeons food in the Piazza (as in the rest of the city).

There is a big debate around this issue in Venice and in the web. Pigeons haven’t spoken yet, but the 19 wheat seller are arguing for them …and for they profitable business.
